Cold IPA

Cold IPA súper bebestible, elaborada con levadura lager de la casa, resulta especialmente refrescante gracias al equilibrio de aromas a lúpulo, un cuerpo ligero y el amargor justo.

Hemos elaborado la cerveza con tres adiciones de lúpulo Mosaic en la parte caliente y un dry-hop de Mosaic, principalmente con toques de Nelson Sauvin y Cashmere, que resultan en aromas a arándano, fruta tropical y pomelo.

Nombrada en honor al álbum Cold Fact de 1970 de Sixto Rodriguez, cuya escucha acompaña de maravilla.

Cold IPA, incredibly drinkable and brewed with our house lager yeast, is especially refreshing thanks to its balanced hop aromas, light body, and just the right amount of bitterness.

We’ve crafted this beer with three additions of Mosaic hops during the hot side of brewing process and a dry-hop of mainly Mosaic hops, accented with touches of Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere. This results in aromas of blueberry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit.

Named in honor of Sixto Rodriguez’s 1970 album Cold Fact, which pairs wonderfully with this brew.

Prestatzeko hiru bider batu diogu Mosaic lupulu prozesuaren parte beroan eta Mosaik bera Nelson Sauvin eta Cashmere ukituekin beranduago dry-hop arin batean. Horrek ahabi, fruta tropikal eta pomelo aromak sortzen ditu garagardoan.
