Basqueland Brut Reynolds

This effervescent Brut IPA pays homage to the late Burt Reynolds with a punch of high-intensity aromatics driven by double dry-hopping with Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Mosaic. On the nose, expect a bright burst of passionfruit, resinous pine, and mixed berries. The palate is defined by its extreme, bone-dry finish—achieved through enzymatic action—which creates a Champagne-like crispness. Very pale and highly carbonated, the beer showcases the tropical fruit character of the Mosaic hops and the earthy citrus of the Simcoe without the interference of heavy malt or lingering bitterness. It is a clean, refreshing, and sophisticated take on the Specialty IPA style.
