This Hazy IPA radiates with a focused sensory softness. A grist of Extra Pale malt, oats, and Chit malt establishes a silky, pillowy foundation for the palate. A judicious whirlpool addition of Citra provides a bright citrus undercurrent, while an expressive dry-hop of Strata, Southern Cross, and Mosaic Pebbles drives the primary profile. The nose and palate are flooded with vibrant lime and tropical pineapple, accented by nuanced notes of red berries and a nostalgic pebbles candy sweetness. Despite its intense hop-forward character, it remains exceptionally smooth with a restrained bitterness that highlights the lush, fruit-driven enlightenment of the hop varieties.
