Con lúpulo experimental YCH301: tras Paper donde probamos Mosaic YCH301 esta vez hemos querido crear una triple IPA monovarietal con lúpulos Citra que nos vuelva locos. Aromas a fruta tropical madura, nectarina, melocotón blanco y mermelada de naranja. Además, su textura es contundente, sedosa y densa gracias a la inclusión de avena y trigo malteados. Los sabores dulces y decadentes a frutas tropicales nos transportarán a un nuevo mundo de sensaciones.

With experimental YCH301 hops: following Paper where we tested Mosaic YCH301, this time we wanted to create a Triple IPA using Citra hops that drive us crazy. It has aromas of ripe tropical fruit plus nectarine, white peach, and orange marmalade. Additionally, its texture is strong, silky, and dense due to the inclusion of malted oats and wheat. The sweet and decadent flavors of tropical fruits will transport us to a new world of sensations. Into the Brave New World. I hope I see you on the other side.

YCH301 lupulu esperimentalarekin: Mosaic YCH301 probatzeko aukera izan genuen Paper ondoren, oraingoan IPA hirukoitz monobarietala sortu nahi izan dugu, zoratzeraino maite dugun Citra lupuluekin.
