This decadent Imperial Stout presents a masterful blend of barrels, weaving together threads of Canadian maple syrup, Caribbean rum, and Porto wine. It pours a deep, velvety black with a cinnamon-tinted tan head, releasing intense aromas of maple and sweet vanilla that evolve into sugarcane and over-ripe forest fruits as it warms. The palate is a rich tapestry of bittersweet dark chocolate, molasses, and blackberry preserve, supported by a sturdy dark bread malt character.
