This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant, celestial character defined by a massive double dry-hop addition. Citra and Idaho 7 provide a foundation of succulent mango pulp and ripe cantaloupe, while Motueka adds a bright, zesty splash of tropical lime. Simcoe Cryo contributes a subtle resinous depth to the "heavenly" fruit bouquet. The inclusion of flaked and malted oats produces a pale, opaque appearance and a luscious, silk-like texture on the palate. Despite the 7% ABV, the finish remains remarkably smooth and approachable, prioritizing lush fruit saturation over sharp bitterness. It is a quintessential modern interpretation of the style.
