This Double IPA radiates an intense, modern hop profile driven by a heavy dry-hop of Belma, Simcoe, and Mosaic Cryo. Aromas of ripe strawberry and sweet melon from the Belma intermingle with the resinous pine and grapefruit zest of Simcoe, while the Mosaic Cryo adds concentrated layers of tropical mango, papaya, and a hint of blueberry. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness and a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the multifaceted hop character to dominate.
