This golden Saison, a collaboration with Zapiain, offers a complex sensory journey shaped by a co-pitch of Saison yeast and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. English Pale malt, Munich malt, and wheat provide a rustic, medium-bodied foundation. The aroma is a sophisticated blend of spicy phenols and funky, earthy notes, complemented by the floral touch of Perle and the citrusy, tropical edges of Simcoe hops.
