This collaboration reimagines the German Pils through a global lens, marrying the crisp structure of a Mexican Lager with a vibrant Australian dry hop. The sensory profile is elevated by the use of Vic Secret, Ella, and Enigma hops, which offer a modern bouquet of pineapple, red currant, and delicate floral spice over a lean, doughy malt base. On the palate, a clean fermentation profile allows the unique southern hemisphere hop character to shine, delivering white grape and passionfruit notes before a firm, flinty bitterness takes hold. It finishes bone-dry and exceptionally refreshing, balancing traditional European precision with a contemporary, fruit-forward hop intensity.
