This Double IPA, crafted in collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, presents a powerful sensory profile defined by the use of Crosby Hops cryogenic hops. At 10% ABV, it delivers a punchy yet rounded experience where high-intensity aromas of ripe mango, tropical pineapple, and juicy white grapes dominate the foreground. The aromatic complexity is anchored by subtle undercurrents of resin and dank pine. On the palate, a silky, full-bodied texture supports the intense fruit character, while a clean, supportive malt presence ensures balance. Despite its strength, the finish remains surprisingly smooth, showcasing the vibrant, concentrated essence of modern hop science.
