Basqueland / Sand City Little Wing

This American IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of Pacific Northwest hop character, crafted through a collaboration with Sand City. The dry-hop addition of Mosaic, Chinook, and Simcoe Cryo yields an intense aromatic profile dominated by grapefruit pith, resinous pine, and ripe tropical fruits like passionfruit and blueberries. On the palate, the resinous bite of Chinook and Simcoe Cryo is balanced by a lean, bready malt backbone and the complex berry notes of Mosaic. It finishes crisp and decidedly bitter, with a clean fermentation profile that allows the multidimensional hop flavors to linger. It is a modern, refreshing beer that balances classic forest-like notes with contemporary tropical depth.
