This collaborative American IPA bridges the divide between the mountains and the sea, delivering a quintessential West Coast experience. A foundational layer of Columbus and Simcoe hops provides a robust, classic backbone of pungent pine resin and resinous herbal depth. This is brightened by the modern addition of Azacca, which introduces vibrant flashes of mango and tropical fruit. The contemporary malt bill remains intentionally lean, ensuring a bright, clear appearance and a crisp, dry finish. This structural simplicity allows the bold, lasting bitterness to dominate the palate, resulting in a clean, refreshing, and intensely aromatic celebration of hop-forward craftsmanship.
