Basqueland / Other Half Valverde

This collaboration between Basqueland and Other Half presents an intensely aromatic Double IPA defined by a saturated hop profile. Using a combination of Mosaic and Citra in both T90 and Cryo formats, the beer radiates layers of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright grapefruit juice. The addition of Ella and Azacca hops introduces nuanced notes of star anise, spicy floral tones, and crushed pineapple. While the 8.5% ABV provides a structural warmth, the malt remains lean and supportive, allowing a firm bitterness to lead into a dry, resinous finish. It is a modern, punchy expression of the style with exceptional hop clarity.
