Riviera is a luminous Hazy IPA that captures a coastal spirit through a vibrant, fruit-forward profile. A lush bouquet erupts from the glass, driven by a targeted dry-hop of Citra, Rakau, and Ella hops. These varieties weave a complex sensory melody of ripe peach and succulent apricot, layered over a bright tropical foundation. While the aroma is dominated by these fruity stone fruit esters, subtle threads of citrus and a faint resinous herbality add sophisticated depth. On the palate, the experience is remarkably supple and approachable, maintaining a soft, pillowy texture that carries the juicy character through to a clean, smooth finish.
