Elaborada en colaboración con los chamanes cerveceros de Astigarraga Meta Edabeak.

Recibimos al equipo de Meta Edabeak para crear juntos esta cerveza ale alemana, originaria de Colonia, a la que le añadimos maiz para que la levadura sea la autentica protagonista.

Es sabrosa, ligera y refrescante, tiene el carácter a fruta blanca que le aporta la levadura alemana, complementado con notas florales y de uva blanca del lúpulo Hallertau Blanc que ensalza su carácter particular.

Crafted in collaboration with the beer shamans at Astigarraga Meta Edabeak.

We teamed up with Meta Edabeak to create this German ale from Cologne, enriched with corn to highlight the yeast as the true star.

It’s flavorful, light, and refreshing, with a white fruit character from the German yeast, complemented by floral and white grape notes from Hallertau Blanc hops, enhancing its unique profile.
