A monumental collaboration between Basqueland and Lervig, Quadrilla is a saturated Double IPA that pushes the limits of hop intensity. This high-gravity powerhouse utilizes a massive 36g/l dry-hop addition of Mosaic, Citra, and Strata, including concentrated Cryo versions, to create a lush, tropical fantasy. The sensory profile is defined by vivid layers of passion fruit, ripe mango, and zesty pineapple, while Strata contributes distinct red berry and stone fruit notes. Despite its intimidating 11% ABV, the beer maintains a deceptive smoothness, weaving together sugary jelly bean sweetness with a firm bitterness that balances the dense, velvet-like body.
