Basqueland / Fauve So It Goes

This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Basqueland and Fauve, presents a lush, opaque landscape of modern hop expression. The aromatics are led by the distinctive strawberry notes of Belma and the deep tropical punch of El Dorado. On the palate, Waimea provides a bright citrus backbone, while a dash of Citra adds a delicate spicy complexity. The experience is defined by a soft, silky texture—likened by the brewers to a 'hop-vichyssoise'—that carries a medium body without any harsh bitterness. It finishes clean and refreshing, emphasizing a vibrant, juicy character over resinous bite or lingering astringency.
