This collaboration between Basqueland and Deya presents a modern New Zealand Pilsner that balances traditional lager drinkability with the vibrant aromatics of the Southern Hemisphere. The intentional dry-hop additions of Motueka and Wakatu drive an intense sensory profile defined by fresh lime zest, lemon, and a subtle tropical undertone. While maintaining a bready, crackery malt base, the palate is shaped by a refreshing citrus snap and a clean, firm bitterness. Slightly cloudy and straw-colored, it deviates from classic European clarity to favor hop saturation, offering a smooth mouthfeel and a dry, lingering finish that highlights the unique, white wine-like qualities of these specialty hops.
