Basqueland / Alpha Delta Cerberus

This Triple IPA, a collaboration between Basqueland and Alpha Delta, presents an olfactory explosion of modern hop intensity. The quartet of Strata, Mosaic, Citra, and Vic Secret hops drives a sensory profile saturated with ripe passion fruit, bright pink grapefruit, and deep resinous pine. Despite its potent 10% ABV, the beer maintains a surprisingly nimble profile, supported by a clean, unobtrusive malt base that allows the complex layers of tropical stone fruit and dank berry to shine. It finishes with a firm, lingering bitterness and a smooth, integrated warmth, characteristic of a masterfully executed Double IPA.
