Ambar Export presents a robust interpretation of the Vienna Lager, elevated by a unique "coupage" of three distinct malts. The foundation of caramelized green base malt provides a rich aromatic depth, while a long-toasted secondary malt develops a deep reddish hue and a powerful body. The proprietary Schlaffer malt, produced in-house, provides the structural backbone and a firm, lingering aftertaste. Despite its potent 7% ABV, the double fermentation process ensures a refined lager character where the yeast meticulously polishes the complex interplay between toasted grain and subtle continental hops. The result is an exuberant, malt-forward experience with a smooth, elegant finish.
