Althaia / Guineu Boira

Althaia and Guineu present Boira, a non-alcoholic Hazy IPA that defies its 1% ABV with a punchy sensory profile. This straw-yellow, turbid pour is crowned with a persistent white foam. The aromatic profile is intensely hop-forward, dominated by tropical fruit notes of pineapple and guava, layered over a distinct resinous backbone. On the palate, it delivers a surprisingly firm bitterness and resinous depth typical of an American IPA. Despite the low alcohol content, the beer remains fresh and vibrant, offering a clean, dry finish that emphasizes the tropical hop character over a light, grainy malt base.
