This Hazy IPA presents a lush, fruit-driven sensory experience, anchored by a heavy dry-hopping regimen. The aroma is dominated by a complex bouquet of stone fruit and tropical notes, driven specifically by the honeydew and strawberry nuances of Hull Melon and the bright pear and candy-like character of El Dorado. Idaho 7 adds a deeper layer of apricot and red fruit, while Ahtanum provides a delicate floral and citrus lift. On the palate, the beer is remarkably mellow, featuring a soft, bready malt foundation and a smooth, low-bitterness finish that highlights the intense, juicy hop profile throughout the sip.
