This bold Double IPA presents an striking fusion of vibrant fruit and assertive modern hopping. An intense bouquet of fresh raspberry and earthy blackcurrant harmonizes with the distinct tropical fruit, strawberry, and herbal notes of Belma, Strata, and Cashmere hops. A base of soft wheat and creamy oat malts provides a smooth, full-bodied foundation that tempers a refreshing lactic sourness and a firm hop bitterness. Intensely aromatic and deeply layered, it finishes dry and crisp with a complex, lingering melody of dark berry skins, citrus zest, and a subtle, warming touch of clean alcohol.
